How it works
The rules are simple.
The ranking is fair.
Spotly Islamabad ranks restaurants by one metric only: cumulative investment. No hidden factors. Everything here is public.
Rank is determined by total amount paid
Nothing else. No reviews, no votes, no algorithms. The restaurant with the highest cumulative payment holds the top rank. This is always true.
A higher total always displaces a lower one
If your total surpasses the restaurant above you, you take their rank immediately after payment is verified. Equal totals preserve the earlier position — first in stays.
Ranks do not expire
Your position is permanent until someone outbids you. There are no weekly resets, no inactivity penalties. You hold the rank you paid for.
Payments are manually verified
Every payment is reviewed before any rank changes. We verify the screenshot against the declared amount. Fraudulent screenshots result in permanent removal from the board.
Verification takes up to 3 hours
Once you submit, we verify and update your rank within 3 hours — often faster. You will be contacted on WhatsApp when your rank is live.
You can top up at any time
Additional payments stack on your existing total. Each top-up is verified and added. You can climb the board incrementally — there is no minimum top-up amount.

Terms & conditions
Spotly Islamabad reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false information, offensive content, or misrepresents a business.
Payments are non-refundable once verified and applied to the board.
Rank visibility depends on continued listing compliance. Listings that become inactive or fraudulent may be removed without a refund.
The platform and its rules may change over time. Existing rank holders are notified of material changes before they take effect.
